A few flaws otherwise a nice app

Our iPhone is 3Gs.

First: In Help the Back button does not respond. To get out of Help we must shut the app then open it.
Second: Cannot turn on Alerts for this app as this app does not appear in Notifications. Yes, I know how to turn off on Alerts, and we do have Alerts turned on for many other apps, but cannot find this app in Notifications to turn on its alerts.

Other than the above two items this app is very good. That makes in our opinion AccuWeather app is better than this app, it is also free.
